Why Anomabo,Ghana?
As a way of commemorating my 50th birthday in 2019, I went on a medical outreach with the Ghana Medical Relief organization to Anomabo, a fishing community near Cape Coast. The experience was by far the best I have had as a Physician. The privilege of providing free care for my fellow Ghanaians, speak in my native tongue, and the joy of seeing the excitement and gratitude in the eyes of the patients I saw was priceless. I felt like I was doing something impactful and in that moment I decided that I wanted to continue to nurture my relationship with the Anomabo community and to continue engaging in this life changing experience and this is how the Mensah Global Health was born.

Make A Difference
During 2024 we plan to continue our Anomabo Initiative. In addition to Anomabo, MGH plans to kick off an initiative in Akim Oda, Ghana addressing the dire needs of their Maternity ward and provide health services. We will also provide health screening at the Women and Children’s Center for impoverished communities.
In order to give quality care to those in need of medical care, we need your help. The goal is to raise $70,000 to fund these initiatives and provide a life changing experience for the people of Ghana.
